You can have your script professionally recorded in .mp3 audio file format as follows:

  1. .mp3 audio file format. No other file format is supported
  2. maximum of 5mb file size.
  3. in the file name, avoid including special characters like “dot”. “space” “hyphen” and “underscore”.
  4. long file names, including special characters like “dot”. “space” “hyphen” and “underscore” will be rejected.
  5. uploading from Safari is problematic. Always upload from FireFox or Chrome.

PLEASE NOTE: all other file types and files over 5mb will be auto-rejected so to avoid potential disappointments please upload the correct file format.

    A. A single voice message is attached to an email.

How To Setup IVR Feature

You can self-configure your IVR feature for free through your Customer Portal

To access your Customer Portal, you will need your 10 digits Customer ID and login password which we have previously emailed to you. If you have forgotten or lost your password then please go to Forgot Password Login

Announcement and Prompts Setup

Firstly, you need to think about what you want your callers to hear as an announcement. Then you will need to work out how many prompts you will need e.g. Prompt 1 for sales, Prompt 2 for accounts, Prompt 3 for technical support etc. and provide an audio file which includes all prompts..

If you wish to record your own announcement audio file and prompts audio file you will need to create a special recording file format in either of the following audio file specifications:

.MP3 files as follows:

  1. Maximum of 5mb file size.
  2. In the file name, avoid including special characters like “dot”. “space” “hyphen” and “underscore”.
  3. Uploading from Safari is problematic. Always upload from FireFox or Chrome.

.WAV files as follows:

  1. .wav file and;
  2. PCM and;
  3. 44.1kHz and;
  4. 16 bit and;
  5. mono and;
  6. Maximum of 5mb file size.
  7. In the file name, avoid including special characters like “dot”. “space” “hyphen” and “underscore”.
  8. Uploading from Safari is problematic. Always upload from FireFox or Chrome.
