Q. Can I call out from Local Virtual Number?
A. No, because Local Virtual Numbers are for receiving inbound calls to your destination mobile or landline. Calling out from a 1300 Number will cause a loop back fault to your mobile or landline diversion number which may cause a possible significant call charge. To avoid a loop back fault and a possible significant call charge, you should test your new service from any phone number or mobile phone that is not the destination diversion number.
