Monday 15 December 2025 to Sunday 4 January 2026.

During this period, there will be suspensions on:

  • audio message creation, changes and uploads
  • ACMA smart number activations
  • Intercarrier service number transfers
  • major configuration changes
  • complex builds and deployments e.g. IVR
  • service number provisioning activity
  • port-out requests
  • number or service migrations requiring engineering intervention

These controls help maintain service continuity while our operational teams run on reduced staffing across the holidays.



















How To Emergency Block A Spam Caller
To temporarily block a spam caller, insert "HANG UP" as your first 1300/1800 diversion then save. This will block all calls to your 1300/1800 number.
Caution: Firstly, you need to save your existing settings as a template.
