- Intercarrier service number transfers
- major configuration changes
- complex builds and deployments e.g. IVR
- service number provisioning activity
- port-out requests
- number or service migrations requiring engineering intervention
These controls help maintain service continuity while our operational teams run on reduced staffing across the holidays.
How To Emergency Block A Spam Caller
To temporarily block a spam caller, insert "HANG UP" as your first 1300/1800 diversion then save. This will block all calls to your 1300/1800 number.
Caution: Firstly, you need to save your existing settings as a template.
