To avoid a breach of our Terms and Conditions you must keep your Top Up Business Account balance in credit at all times. We do not permit an overdraft of your Top Up Business Account balance unless we have an approved Direct Debit agreement and Security Bond in place.
Call charges are deducted from your account balance usually within a minute after the call completes.
Recurring charges for number rental or other monthly fees are billed in advance and are deducted from your account balance on a daily basis.
Our Tbill billing platform will email you a warning notice on the 1st of the month if it estimates that your monthly charges are going to take your account into a negative balance.
WARNING: running your account out of credit and into arrears causing suspension of your service(s) WILL NOT auto-cancel your account. We will continue to charge you our normal service plan fees and charges plus a $5 per month over-due fee for each month you are out of credit plus other fees and charges that may apply under our agreement.
There is an automated payment feature available to you within the online control panel.
You can specify a low balance and a topup amount and the system will topup your account when it is running low according to your settings..
The Auto Top Up process send email notifications when your account is getting close to the low limit and again after payment is processed notifying you of the status of the transaction.

Yes. Your credit automatically rolls over to the next month for future use. We email you weekly updates on your credit balance.
Yes. If your credit is low, we will auto-email notifications.
You can Top Up online with any Visa, Mastercard or AMEX credit card through your Customer Toolbox.
We don't apply any Visa or Mastercard fees. We apply fees to AMEX and Diners Club as follows: Minimum $1.00 or 1.5% whichever is the greater.
We will continue to monitor your call spend and will email you your credit balance daily or if you prefer, weekly notifications. If your business is growing rapidly you may need to make more frequent top-up payments and adjust your Auto Top Up.
We can reconnect a cancelled service within 60 days of the date of we received your cancellation notice. You will need to pay any outstanding fees and charges and also pay in advance a reconnection fee of $25 plus a $100 Security Bond. You will also need to put your account into a credit balance.
Reconnection requests received after 60 days from the date of your last invoice will not be accepted under any circumstances as your cancelled service number will have been returned the publicly available pool of numbers.
