How To Cancel A Service Number

WARNING:  If you cancel this service number we will immediately remove it from our network which means you will not be able to reactivate the service number. That is, you will lose ownership of the number unless you have purchased the service number from ACMA.

Step 1:  login in to your Customer Account at: telcoworks.com.au/portal/ or login with your email address at: telcoworks.com.au/portal/#/forgot-password
Step 2: click Service Number Management tab.
Step 3: select the service to be cancelled.
Step 4:  click on:

Step 5:  follow the instructions.
Step 6:  we will then email you confirmation of your service number cancellation request.

How We Handle Cancelled Service Numbers

Except for SmartNumbers, 13, 1300, 1800 and virtual local numbers are returned to the public pool for repricing and recycling.

13, 1300, 1800 SmartNumbers are disconnected from our network and placed into “not connected” status.
